Most Indian SaaS companies I advise have a CAC problem they think is an acquisition problem.
If your #PLG funnel leaks between signup and first value, no amount of paid traffic will save you. Fix activation first. Then talk about channels.
Three things I check before I'll even look at a CAC dashboard: → Time-to-first-value → Day-7 activation rate → Aha-moment event rate. That's it.
