Eight years across engines. Started at a strategy-game studio in Munich, survived a stint at a Finnish AAA house, went solo in 2023 and shipped my first commercial title at 41,000 units and 94% positive on Steam. I care about the seam between rendering and gameplay — the places where the shader decides whether the player feels the scene.
Currently building my second title (codename Halcyon) in parallel with the "raymarched" newsletter. Reviewed for two indie publishers, mentoring two students through Global Game Jam, and giving a talk at GDC 2025 on solo-dev render pipelines.
