Two founders, zero revenue, a Figma and a Postgres.
Christmas night, I pushed the first commit from a hotel room in Bangalore. Zero revenue, one Postgres, one Figma, and an overconfident bet that I could build it in six weeks.
By mid-January the demo worked. Pushed it to two ex-colleagues, they both tried to pay for it, and I realised this was the thing. YC application went in that Friday.

six people, $42k MRR ARR, and a real team.
Team of six. 140 paying teams, $42k MRR, 38% month-over-month. Infra has been break-even for five months. The design-partner waitlist is at 2,200 and we are gating carefully.
Raised our $4.2M seed from Accel in Feb, keeping the round small on purpose. Targeting $1.5M ARR by demo-day to justify the Series A we do not yet need.
