Our commitment

We want you to love your portfolio. If you have paid ₹599 to publish and are not satisfied with the result after seeing the live site, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email hello@notapdf.com within 48 hours of your payment with your payment ID (visible in your Razorpay confirmation). We process refunds within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for the free preview (which costs nothing). Regeneration charges (₹599 for a second generation on updated data) follow the same 48-hour refund window.
